The Home has a capacity of 69 residents and is licensed by the State of New York as a private not-for-profit adult care facility for men and women, 62 years and older, who meet the general admission standards outlined by the New York State Department of Social Services.

Most rooms are private, with about half of them containing private bathrooms.  The Home has several rooms that can accommodate related persons who wish to be together (husband and wife, sisters or brothers).  There are several lounge/recreation rooms available for visiting or informal gatherings.

Residents may provide their own furnishings, or have the rooms furnished by the Home.
